• Cash and Carry
If you're looking for somewhere without breaking a budget and don't want to worth your troubles anywhere, then this place is your closest bet. It's somehow familiar as they are known for having diet supplements at an affordable price as well as clothes and tech stalls line up the upper floor boundary as well as a food court to take your food on the go while you shop til you drop! Though I have to warn you: Some parts of this place barely get enough phone signal, so get those texts done in one place so you don't have to worry about sending a text in the middle of your shopping trip.

• Greenbelt
Where luxury meets minimalism, Greenbelt is one of the unmistakable upscale malls that serve to shopping outlets and restaurants that are beautifully arranged from the inside out. Greenbelt 1 and Greenbelt 2 are the tech and food hubs that you would look out for the minute you enter these as you find known restaurants as well as some hole - in - the - wall places to discover while Greenbelt 3, Greenbelt 4 and Greenbelt 5 has shopping outlets and food places that mix well and imply that these are fashion and food hubs part of the mall. Occasionally, a lot of people go outside of the mall to appreciate the outdoor aesthetics of the mall from the pavilion of coconut trees that are outside of Greenbelt 3 near the cafes to the wooden rails along the bridges to the occasional food trucks that appear to outdoor concert events that will let you get into the music scene. Also, have the time to check out their cinemas at Greenbelt 3 if you want to hit up on the latest flicks! And when you have the chance, go to the Ayala Museum, which just a bridge away from Greenbelt 5 if you want to explore some art!

• Glorietta
The other side of Greenbelt doesn't stop there if you want to explore some more! Glorietta offers endless of food, fashion and tech options that will let the people go wild everyday! With an indoor playground, children can play about while their parents can look around the shops that happen to be nearby. There's also Rustan's as well as the beauty hub right outside so that people can look for make up without hopping from one store with a hassle. This is also the place to scout for any food options if you couldn't find the one you're looking for in Greenbelt. Besides, there's always a silver lining if one doesn't work, right?

• The Landmark
Whether you want to go to Glorietta or Greenbelt in which ever way, one thing is for sure: You have to go through The Landmark. This department store and food court in one place has gotten a lot of people going in and out everyday, especially when there are sales. The employees dress up in a modern version of traditional Philippine clothes as well as hard to find things are there in one hub. What's more convenient is that since it connects between Glorietta and Greenbelt, people can actually go to both malls in one day via bridge! So if you want something to have without breaking your budget (almost), check out The Landmark!

• Makati Cinema Square
If you're looking a lowkey mall along Buendia Ave., then this mall is your best bet for food and tech hubs! This mall offers more hole - in - the - wall Japanese restaurants than you can think of. Also on the upper floor, you would find tech and shoe fix stalls you can check out whether you have a broken shoe or a broken phone to fix without going as far as you would normally to have those fixed. Also, a Book Sale is there just in case you need a quick book fix while you're at it over there!

• One Central
Another around the block hangout to chill into whenever you want your coffee and breakfast fix in Tim Horton's to satisfy your Chinese food cravings at Dim Tai Fung, this is another spot where workers would usually have a stampede whenever they want a breakfast rush or lunch surge. While the peak hours of the day don't get you into the rhythm of crowds, before or after peak hours, it's the best time to relax or to have a meet up and have conversations with. In short, even if it isn't a mall, it's still one of the best places to hangout with your family, friends and loved once to catch up with.

• Rockwell Powerplant Mall
With summer coming around, this mall welcomes you with their coconut trees that line up as you enter their main entrance. Frequently, there are food stalls here and there on the ground floor whenever they have an event happening. But more than that, they've recently extended a new wing where they transferred their small and solemn chapel and completely transformed into a miraculous and spacious one at the top floor of the new wing. They've got also new restaurants on the line such as Mighty Quinn's, Shi Lin, Starbucks Reserve, Elbert's Sandwiches, and many others to explore on! Aside from their futuristic looking cinemas, they've also got their activity center where they have their big Christmas tree displayed every December, also events in their Rockwell Tent, their firework display every Christmas and New Year, they also got their residential condominiums that is a bridge walk away!

• SM Makati
Go somewhere near National Bookstore, and at the end of it, you'd eventually find that people are going into another mall at the end of Glorietta. Although small, SM Makati is one of the few examples that a book shouldn't be judged by its cover as it boasts its luxurious interiors as soon as you go in. There's a food court downstairs as well as shops and cafes that line up the place. One thing that it's famous for is their Fashion Hall, where there are rows of shops from left to right! Their 4th floor is reserved for their shoes of all kinds while their 3rd floor is mainly for accessories. There's a lot to explore in this mall within the end of Glorietta!

• Three Central Mall
This new mall is smaller compared to the those of the big and upscale malls, but I'm not kidding when I'm about to say that this place is lined up with new and upscale restaurants around the block within a working distance. From the usual fast grab of Burger King and Peppy Olive to the upscale restaurants and cafes such as Kiss the Tiramisu, Locavore, Bodega, Shrimp in the Bucket, Nono's, and many others. It's not a question as to why people working nearby buzz around during the lunch hour as they scavenge for something to eat a their lunch breaks.
