This Creation By Chef Don Colmenares Is Our Choice Pick At The Negros Trade Fair

MAKATI, Philippines - Amidst all the inasals, kansi, lumpia, and piaya at this year's edition of the Negros Trade Fair, one culinary creation really stands out.  This is a creation by Chef Don Angelo Colmenares.  This is his homage to pancit molo Feaux Molo.

We fould out that this consists of Princik Molo with Caldo Bisaya. It's deep fried and soup is inside the wonton.


Truly delectable.
