What
used to be one of the parking lots whenever people go to Makati Medical Center,
now stands two buildings lying in the Central Business District of Makati has
not one but three bench markers in a convenient location: retail, office and a
hotel. Opened in 2017, these buildings provide a walking distance of the
skywalk and Makati Medical Center, as well as restaurants, cafés and shopping
places to check out.
With
people wondering what the two buildings are, it would be seen that the first
building is a BPO office tower while the second building is a mix of a
headquarters type of office and a 312 – room of Seda Hotel, their seventh
branch. Together, these are combined with the Gross Leasable Area of about
56,000 square meters. Together, these stand on top of the retail podium along
with 10,000 square meters of food and shopping places people should go to. It
also includes parking lots in the basement and an elevated walkway accessible
for residents and professionals to use and enjoy while blending into the hustle
and bustle of the city. It is Ayala Land’s first building to fit all three of
them into a lifestyle of convenience within the corners of Amorsolo and Salcedo
streets, making modes of transportation easier for people to go back and forth.
