Nanyang
Formerly
known as Toast Box, this Singaporean restaurant offers its local cuisine from
the Merlion land. As far as I know, I’ve only tried their chicken curry and
their laksa, so admittedly, I haven’t
delved into this place more that it should have because of its warm flavors and
spices that would want to make you crave for more! Also, from what people have
seen in their Greenbelt branch, it now has a minimalistic aesthetic to the
place, implying their logo is minimalistic. But no doubt that this restaurant
serves authentic Singaporean food that will get you to come back for more!

Wing Zone
If
there’s one thing I’d love, it is chicken wings! Wing Zone offers a variety of
flavors when it comes to their wings, cooked to perfection and enjoyed by many!
Aside from wings, they also serve chicken strips, drumsticks, boneless bites
and burgers!

Italianni’s
This
is one of the longest running restaurants that most of us have ever seen. It
has branches all over the North and South of the Philippines that it’s famous
for Italian food, and people never stop getting crazy about this restaurant!
When this opens, I recommend you trying their flatbreads because they are as
good as their pizza! They’re also famous for serving you garlic bread, and you
would be mixing two vinegars and dip your garlic bread it, and your Italian
experience is complete!

Via Mare
I’m
pretty sure that this restaurant isn’t popping into your heads when you think
of a Filipino restaurant to satisfy your Filipino food cravings, but Via Mare
has quality Bibingka that you’d
normally have with kesong puti and
sugar. If you’re more into rice meals, they’ve got your back on your Filipino
classics ranging from Kare – Kare to Sinigang na Baboy and such dishes that
would make your stomach feel at home.

Turks
Ah
yes, the famous shawarma pop up or restaurant that keeps the lines very long during
lunch breaks whether you want a quick snack or lunch with your friends. This is
your best bet when it opens because of the hot shawarma waiting for you. I
really like their chicken and beef shawarma with cheese and lots of chili
sauce! Drop by when they open soon because it’s about to take the heat!

Bread Talk
Another
famous quick eat that will get baking itself right away as soon as the doors
open! Bread Talk is famous for their different kinds and flavors of their
breads, cakes and drinks. I usually recommend people trying the Sausage Roll
with Cheese, Sausage Roll, and their Spicy Pork Floss when you drag me to Bread
Talk. They also serve coffee to go with your bread, so get ready to perk up as
this one opens!

Mama Lou’s
Owned
by the Tremblays, this Italian restaurant starts everything from scratch, and I
tell you, go try their Chicken Parmigiana as it is the most delicious thing
I’ve ever eaten in their Parañaque branch! They also serve pizza, pasta,
drinks, soups, and a lot more! I’m telling you, go to their restaurant the
minute they open!

Sultan Mediterranean Grill
Aside
from Japanese, Korean and your usual faves, let me talk to you about
Mediterranean food as Sultan waltzes soon into the door of Ayala North
Exchange. Currently on its branch near the Yuchengco Museum, its food will get
you craving for more as your taste buds explore their gyros as well as their hummus
plates, and more of their exotic rice meals and salad when it sure hits
open!
Needless to say, there are more restaurants that will open at the Ayala North Exchange aside from the ones listed so far, but there isn’t a definite date as to when these will officially open, but you need to wait just a little while and keep your eyes and taste buds on the radar as these places are on the rise of opening their chain of branches soon at your convenience!
