TVC model and recording artist Aliya Parcs gamely stepped onstage and jammed with The Pete Canzon Trio, to the great delight of the diners and restaurant staff present during the Librada Brava 2 gig last October 9, 2015. Aliya and her friends had earlier attended a function within the Makati Sports Club premises and decided to check out the offerings at the Bistro Lounge afterwards.
The gig heated up even more as HR professional John Valmonte also joined the trio, as apparently he had brought along his own saxophone. He later told this writer that, "I missed last week's gig which had an announcement posted online, so I told myself I'm not gonna miss tonight's gig and take a chance to jam with the great Pete Canzon!"
Librada Brava continues with session 3 on October 16, 2015, still at the Bistro Lounge of the Makati Sports Club.
