This is the 2nd part of the May 19th Digital Digital Healthcare Innovation Challenge Meetup. Happening at Future Now Ventures, Makati City on June 16, 2016. Here, you will have a close encounter with a Cancer patient and Doctor that would share their experiences and how digital technology can help them get better access to medical information and treatment. Our aim is to discuss how we can leverage digital innovations to help Cancer patients have better access to information and treatment.
By doing this, we aim to find answers to the following issues:
1. How can we raise the awareness of patients on pre-diagnosis and post-diagnosis of diseases* while leveraging social and digital technologies?
2. How can we enhance education among doctors, nurses and payers regarding the diagnosis and treatment of patients while leveraging social and digital technologies?
3. How do we connect patients to the right treatment, facilities and resources?
4. How can we ensure proper care coordination between patients, their doctors and the multiple infusion centers that treat them?
